Online Learning Opportunities

The emergence of online college courses has brought forth convenience and flexibility in obtaining a degree. You can earn certificate, associate, bachelor, master or doctor’s degrees online.

If you do not want to give up the campus experience entirely, you can consider a campus and online combination. You can work and earn online credits or choose to get the basics out of the way, and then move to campus to complete your degree. Or you can choose to earn online credits right on campus. Perhaps a particular course is not available at a time that works with your schedule. Or the class is filled but there is room in the online version. Or you may have been on campus and were unable to complete your studies, and you can switch to online classes to complete your degree.

But choosing online, does not mean you do not feel part of the classroom or discussion. In online classes you have a wide diversity of student enrollment. Even if you are shy, you have an opportunity to speak up and ask your questions and receive a response from your instructor or feedback from your classmates all over the internet.

Even if your goal is not to obtain a degree, you can take non-credit enrichment classes or continuing education classes online. You may have seen them offered in the catalog from a junior college near you. You could turn this knowledge into your own full-time or sideline business.

No matter where you live, whatever your time restraints, whatever your interests, you can find online accredited courses that can lead to a degree.
